Small house floor plan – Jerica is a 3 bedroom single-attached. Built in a 200 sq.m. lot and having a 13 meter frontage with this house can conveniently stand maintaining the allowable setbacks at the rear, side and front. The left side is fire-walled to maximize the area in which a small garage is located that can accommodate one vehicle.
Jerica being a small house floor plan is carefully designed so that all the 3 bedrooms will be located at the right side, master’s bedroom being at the front with its own toilet and bath and built-in cabinets. Elevated with 2 steps from the main floor line the 2 bedroom is conveniently resting near the back end. They will be served by a common toilet at the opposite side of the house located adjacent to the kitchen.

A convenient porch is the part of the house which you will see first, roofed by a reinforced concrete slab. Main entrance will be to left near the garage. Entering the living room, shows an open space up to the kitchen, which makes it more to the area.
