This 3-Bedroom Bungalow House Concept is elevated in 3 steps including landing or approximately 450 mm from the natural grade line. This feature give an added safety during rainy season when water run-off or flooding occurs. Porch is 4.8 meters by 2.75 meters sizable enough for visitors to sit and relax at this area. Brick accents are applied to the square columns and surrounding the perimeter of the house up to the middle height of the windows.

Roof design consists of hip trusses with steel angle bar materials, steel purlins and metal tile roofing with pale brown color. Windows are aluminum sliding side lites with 6 mm clear glass. Ceiling is made of marine plywood on 2″ by 2″ wood lumber, painted with white color. On the apex of the roof are provided with louvers for ventilation to help the exhaust distributed on the ceiling.

Entering the porch, the main entrance of this 3-bedroom bungalow house will be the living room open up to the dining area. Basically this 2 areas are very spacious since there are no dividers. On the right is the kitchen with mini-bar suitable for small meals and drinks. Behind the dining at the rear, wall is provided with multi-opening windows to provide more illumination. Two standard room is layout at the left side with a common bathroom in between.

The master’s bedroom is 4 meters by 3.5 meters with walk-in closet and toilet and bath. At the rear is a dirty kitchen which will also serve as a laundry area or storage area for excess baggage in the house.
