Atienza is a one story budget home and also small version of Althea Model. If you are living in a flood prone area, this small house plan is the right one for you. If you want a single detached type of house you should have at least 182 sq.m. lot having a frontage width of 14 meters allowing a setback of 2 meters on both sides, back and 3 meters at the front. It can also be squeeze down to 12 meters frontage width but we have to make one side of the house fire wall.
Elevated at the entry porch with 0.60 meters, the living room and dining area together with the kitchen is already an assurance for safety during floods or rainy season. The 2 bedrooms are further elevated for another 0.60 meters as additional safety factor.
The total floor area of Atienza model is 84 sq.m. including the garage but excluding the service area at the back.
