Ernesto model is a compact 4-bedroom modern house design suitable to be built in a 106 sq.m. lot. Minimum lot size is 11.1 meters width and 11.85 meters depth. This lot size requires only 1.5 meters setback on both side and back and 2 meters at the front side.
The exterior look of this house design is modern in terms of its shape. Most of today’s design for small houses are mostly box type or minimalist in design. Combination of color uses white mainly on the wall with light grey accent walls and with grooves.
Wood panel door for the main entrance, Sliding aluminum framed windows and door at the terrace or balcony, a choice of ceramic or granite tiles for the main living room and bedrooms. Tubular steel bars painted with white for the railings or balustrade at the balcony area. These are some of the features of this compact 4-bedroom modern house design.
Ground floor plan has a combined floor area of 56.5 sq.m.. Opening the min door will lead you to a Foyer and going the the right side is the stair going up and the living area. Living area and dining area is combined with no partition to preserve or maintain a free space.
There is also a provision for a bedroom at the ground floor where a king size bed can be accommodated. Kitchen is also compact having 2 meters width, and provided with an exit door going to the service area. A common toilet and bath is also provided to serve the whole area in the ground floor.
First floor consists of the 3 bedrooms and a common toilet and bath. The remaining 50 sq.m. meters is the whole of this floor completing the total floor area of 106 square meters. Bedroom 2 can serve as a master’s bedroom due to its strategic location, front area and with a balcony or terrace.
