Juliet model is a 2 story house with roof deck that can fit a lot with a total area of 250 square meters. Maintaining at least 2 meters on both side as setback a 12.5 m lot with would be perfect to fit this design. Some would allow at least 1.5 meters minimum setback so 11.5 meter width would also be good for this house model.

The ground floor layout is carefully designed, with the small porch before you enter the living room. The living room measures 5 m by 4 m or 20 sq.m. area to accommodate a U-type sofa,  best recliners for big and tall and positioning the television set at the right side. garage is 3.5 m by 5 m enough to accommodate 1 vehicle. Continuing on to the dining and kitchen, a mini-bar separates these two areas. Dining is appropriate for a dining set with 6 chairs and kitchen equipped with hanging cabinets and small storage. As you can see in the plan, this 2 story house with roof deck kitchen is very efficient considering its layout.

Laundry area is also provided at the inside of the house measuring 2.1 m by 3 m with wash and dry machines and an open shelf to make this area neat and organized.

The second floor has an open to below area which serve as a view deck for the dining area. Looking from the dining area up, will be a recessed ceiling with 4 pin lights and chandelier. However, if you are in need of a family area at the second floor, the open to below area can easily be converted as a family area. The Master’s Bedroom is 5 m by 4 m with an en-suite bath, 2 counter top lavatories sink and shower. Walk-in closet is also provided making this room at its best.

Open terrace is found opening the aluminum sliding door at the front. Part of the garage above is also converted as a terrace to make it a bit spacious.  Bedroom 2 and 3 are provided with built-in cabinets, and a common toilet and bath. Small storage room is ready to accommodate some extra baggage.

ROOF DECK PLAN

Roof Deck Plan is a standard roof deck with access from the main stair well. The total area of the roof deck alone is 86 square meters, suited for small to medium gathering. The ceiling height of the stair well roof is at 2.4 meters from the finish floor line.
