Marcelino Model is a a four bedroom two storey house that can be built in a 13.2 x 16.3 meter lot. With Patio at the front, the Balcony at the second floor serves as a shade. The living room is 25 sq.m. which opens to the dining and kitchen.

The ground floor has a guest room en-suite. A toilet and bath and a storage is located under the stairs. Bedroom 1 can serve as an ordinary room and can also be a maid’s room. The kitchen opens to the rear service area.

This two story house design is remarkable with its style and efficiency. The second floor consists of the bedrooms 2 & 3 and the Master’s bedroom. When you reach the second floor through the stairs, a small family room can be occupied to relax. A sliding aluminum door opens to the terrace or balcony having a large area where you can go to the 2 corners of the house leaving the view area wider in reach.

 

 

 

Having this design as your home can be very relaxing but requires a bit of a budget due to its finishes.
