Miranda is an elevated 3 bedroom with 2 bathroom modern house with a total floor area of 162 square meters. The minimum lot area is 300 square meters with at least 15 meters in width to accommodate this modern house. The minimum depth of the lot should be 20 meters, this is to ensure that the house will be single detached meaning none of the sides are firewall or resting on the boundary lines.

The elevated feature of the house ensures that it will be safe from flooding specially if your lot is situated on low lying areas. with 5 steps from the natural grade line or approximately 0.60 meters from the ground, this will ensure that furniture inside house will not be soaked in water in time of flood.

The color scheme of this house is a combination of dark strong color and light colors. The lower lining of the house which from the ground to the floor is painted with grey, including columns on the garage and the lanai and service area at the back. Most of the wall is painted with light yellow and in between is a strong dark red or maroon with stripping to add some definition to the area or accent walls.


The roof is covered with long span galvanized iron roofing with tile effect or design. Under it is hipped roof with steel trusses made with angle bars, steel purlins spaced at 300 mm along the slope of the truss.
