This 3 bedroom house design has a total floor area of 82 square meters. Minimum lot size required for this design is 167 square meters with 10 meters lot width to maintain 1.5 meters setback both side. Additionally if you want to maintain 3 meters setback at the front and 2 meters at the back, you need to have at least 16.7 meters depth of your lot.
Simple yet elegant in style, the hipped roof long span pre-painted metal type roofing is in deep red color scheme. Walls are painted with white and pale yellow combination, while the right side with brick wall accents.
