This modern-style, one-story house project is designed for a land with a minimum size of 15 meters by 20 meters. It is a great option if you want to have a house and a suite.

Upon entrance from the spacious garage, you will immediately see the dining room with an extension to the living room area. The living room area is also attached to a deck. You can add tables and chairs to the deck to relax after a long day of work or to entertain guests, especially during Saturday barbecue parties.

There are also three bedrooms in this house: two smaller bedrooms and a Master’s bedroom. The two bedrooms have a common bathroom while the Master’s bedroom has an attached toilet and bath.

The open kitchen is also connected to the Utility Room where you can wash and dry clothes.
