Two Story House designs are best fitted for narrow lots. Sheryl is 4-bedroom design which can be constructed in a 12 x 15.5 meters lot or roughly 186.0 sq.m.. Upon entering the gate, the Garage can accommodate 2 cars which is roofed by the balcony. At the main entrance, you can see through until the kitchen making it a open ended design.

The living room is 17.5 sq.m., dining is 11.4 sq.m. and Kitchen at 8.1 sq.m. The ground floor can already function sa a complete house since it also consists of the Guest Room and guest room’s toilet and bath. If you are at the dining room, after dining in, a sling aluminum door is provided to give access to the veranda at the left for you to relax. The kitchen is also compact but still complete with a mini-bar for small snacks.

To maintain privacy, the maids room is located at the back with a separate entrance not from the inside. The maid will enter the kitchen at the rear side of the house. it also has its own toilet and bath to also give privacy to the gusts and the the owners themselves.

This two story house design is remarkable with its style and efficiency. The second floor consists of the two common bedrooms and the Master’s bedroom. When you reach the second floor through the stairs, the hallway is with an open to below portion where you can witness guests in the dining room. An overhang of 0.5 m is added so the bedroom can be extended to have more area. Also From the left, is a toilet and bath serving the 2 bedrooms.

 

 

 

 

Another room is located just after reaching the second floor is a 3 x 3.5 m bedroom with built-in cabinets as an option. The master’s bedroom on the other hand is 5 x 3.5 m in size accommodating a queen sized bed and a small sofa for entertainment. The Master’s bath is also sized inorder to accommodate 2 countertop basins, sink, bathtub and built-in cabinets.
The main features of Sheryl model are Analuk picture aluminum windows, grand balcony, horizontal railings, open to below second floor, separated maid’s room, 2-car garage and long span roof tile effect roofings.

Having this design as your home can be very relaxing but requires a bit of a budget due to its finishes. House designs in the Philippines like this is common but tweaking some of the parts and the overall designs mwkes it unique from the the rest.
