Ester model is a four bedroom two story modern house design which can built in a 13.7 meters by 14.5 meters lot. If you have at least 200 sq.m. lot, this will be a good choice for you.

On the front is a two car garage and porch which open to the living area measuring 4.0 by 3.5 meters. At the rear of the ground floor is the dining room and kitchen which also opens to the service area where laundry works can be done.

The second floor consists of the Master’s Bedroom measuring 4 by 3.5 meters overlooking the terrace at the front having its built-in toilet and bath and built-in cabinets. Although it has no access to the terrace, the master’s bedroom can view the terrace with the with corner aluminum framed window.
