Do you prefer more space for your two storey house? check hos out, Rodolfo model is a spacious modern house design with wide balcony above garage and porch area. The total floor area is 255 square meters with ground floor area at 120 sq.m. and upper floor at 135 sq.m., including garage, porch, and open terraces at the upper floor.
With neutral color and accent walls made of bricks and paint, this design is simple yet still elegant in the eyes. Securely enclosed with fence made of concrete hollow block walls and steel tubing railings at the front. The lot area required for this house plans is 272 sq.m. with a frontage width of 19.7 meters and a depth of 13.8 meters.
The noticeable advantage of this design are the following: elevated ground floor for at least 0.60 meters from the garage floor, master’s bedroom on the ground and upper floor and wide/spacious open terrace.
GROUND FLOOR PLAN
Ground floor plan consists of the Garage, porch, living room, dining, kitchen, service, lanai common toilet and bath and bedroom 1 with en-suit bath and toilet. Garage is 3.5 meters by 5.0 meters that can accommodate 1 vehicle. Going to the porch is a 4-step stair, a place you can use to welcome visitor before going into the living room.
Living room is 4.0 meters by 4.5 meters open to the dining area with 4.0 meters by 4.0 meters in size having an all glass wall at the rear with sliding aluminum door opening into the lanai area. Kitchen is 2.5 meters by 4.0 meters complete with all amenities including a 3 -chair bar counter. Lanai and service area area also elevated with 4 steps from the finish grade line outside.
Going to the Bedroom 1, this room is provided with en-suit toilet and bath, walk-in closet and table, being complete, this room will also serve as a master’s bedroom. Under stair is used as a storage area to accommodate more for the house. Beside the stair is a common toilet and bath serving the whole ground floor for occupants as well as visitors.
FIRST FLOOR PLAN
Going to the upper floor plan is a stair with u-shape. This floor consists of the 3 bedrooms, family room, toilet and bath, and terraces. Bedroom 2 is exactly the same as bedroom 1 that can be used as master’s bedroom. Family room can also be transformed into an additional bedroom to accommodate more as the family becomes bigger.
