Amolo is a 5 bedroom two storey house plan that can be built in a 297 sq.m. lot having a frontage width minimum of 14.7 meters maintaining at least 2 meters on both sides of the house. Entering this house begins at the garage where a hallway is provided to lead you to the main entrance. Unlike the conventional design, this 5 bedroom two storey house plan has it kitchen at the left side instead of a dining first. The Living room is at the right having a size of 4.5 meters by 6 meters big enough to accommodate a sizable guest. The dining room is next with a water body as a recreation for the eyes while eating at the dining.
This house has its 2 bedrooms already at the ground floor having there own built in cabinets and 2 toilet and baths.
The second floor consist of another 2 common bedrooms with 2 baths, one as an en-suite and one common. the family room is just right above the dining and the first to see when you climb the stairs. It is also open to below to take advantage of the water body below as a place to relax. This house design takes into consideration that the master’s bedroom is big enough as a place of luxury for the land lord or owner. To its left is the walk-in closets, linen and the master’s bath. the open terrace is also provided exclusively for the masters to relax and feel comfortably viewing the outside view of the house.
