SHD-2015012 is the reduced version of SHD-2012004 in terms of floor area. This customized floor plan is tailored to fit a 12.30m x 11.50m lot making the rear wall of the house as firewall. This design is elevated with 2 steps and another 50 mm rise from the Porch for the main floor.
This is an open ended style floor plan where upon entering the living room, you can see all the way to the dining and kitchen. The master’s bedroom is located at the front with its own bath and the 2 other bedrooms are located at the rear, the additional bathroom is located beside the kitchen at the rear and one exit door is provided and opens to the garage.
