SHD-2012001 is my first post for category Small house designs. This floor plan has 2 bedrooms and a common bathroom. With its open ended style Living room all the way to the kitchen, it will look spacious and simple.
Living room with size 3.0 x 3.0 meters, dining is 3.0 x 2.3 meters, kitchen is 3.0 x 2.0 meters and the two bedrooms having a size 3.0 x 3.0 meters each. The total floor area is approximately 48.0 sq.m. which can be constructed if your lot is 120 sq.m. The design is not provided with a carport since this is a budget home.
This house can is design to built as single detached type house. If the lot doesn’t permits, it can also be modified to have one wise fire-walled but the roof should also be modified to go with the fire wall.
