Another two story with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 parking spaces with a new concept that fits every single house. This concept has a total floor area of 230 square meters.

This concept has 2 car garage below the terrace from the second floor. At the far end of the garage is small storage room where you store your stuff related to the cars. Small patio leads to the the main entrance going to the foyer and living room. Living room is located at the back and adjacent to it is a small patio.
On the right side of the ground floor lies the kitchen with L-type counter top with the sink and cooking range. At the right side wall is the fridge and door or opening leading to the service area or laundry area. Dining is spacious where a bar counter  divides the kitchen and dining. The common toilet and bath is also situated in between the kitchen and stairs going to the second floor
The second floor plan consists of the 2 common bedrooms with with built-in cabinets and small dressers. Small family room is situated at the middle with small tv stand and on the stair is an open to below overlooking the foyer area. The left side of the second floor is the master’s bedroom, with en-suite bath with double lavatory, sink and urinal. The walk-in closet is also convenient for the masters of the house added is also a small dresser for her.

1.1M for a 2 storey res. building is not enough…1 storey maybe with 50sqm floor area approx only.
