This elevated one storey house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms having a total living space of 150 square meters. House size 14.80 meters width 12.50 meters in depth, which is also the size of the footprint of the house.

The elegant look of the facade is inspired by a simple design, which combines bright colors infusing warmth and white to implicate cleanliness. Dark colors are above ceiling line in contrast to the wall to add more depth.

Main house floor level is elevated by 6 steps from the garage level. This design is also dedicated to accommodate to vehicles with an open garage.

Roof is also simple which is sloping towards the rear and covered with long span galvanized iron roofing pre-painted with dark color to complement the color scheme of the house.

The actual house shown here have another color option with more stronger color combination of red and maroon. Walls are combination of light and dark grey, while door frames and windows are provided with white mouldings.

Reference to the floor plan, garage is designed to accommodate 2 cars. You can reach the front porch by climbing the stairs and occupies the whole width excluding the garage. The main entrance is a ribbon of glass with sliding door which opens to the living area. Living area and dining area combined in a open type living.

To the right side of the living area and dining in the kitchen with L-shaped kitchen counter, also provided with panel door opening to a sitting area that can be re-purposed as a lanai.

The 3 bedrooms are situated at the left side and back. Master’s bedroom has its own toilet and bath for convenience and privacy of the landlord or shall we say the master of the house? The two standard bedrooms are located at the back wherein, in between is an area provided for prayer room. The common toilet and bath is located beside the master’s bath to serve the outside area.
