Who does not want to live in his own house? We all do, yeah? And no matter what size or type or style that house is as long as it has a roof and keeps you covered from the rain and sun, then you can call it a home!

Building a house or buying one is not an easy thing to do unless you have a lot of money and has a sustainable lifestyle and secure job.  This is the reason why many are still renting a room or an apartment because they could not afford yet to build a house.  However, if you are a single occupant and you are just wanting to have a place to stay to enjoy your freedom and privacy, then a studio-type house is more than good for you. Check out this one-bedroom studio-type house that we are posting for you today.

It looks petite but cozy.  Its glass door adds sophistication to it.  Upon entrance, you will be welcomed by the cozy living room that runs towards the kitchen where it shares an open floor with. You can put a decorative divider like a cabinet if you want to separate the living room from the kitchen, other wise it looks more spacious if it is left that way.

Its gable roof matches its simplicity.  This type of roof is less expensive than the other types of roofs. It basically requires simple steel trusses to hold it and also requires less labor to install it.  For those who do not know yet what a gable roof is,  it consists of two roof sections sloping in opposite directions and placed such that the highest, horizontal edges meet to form the roof ridge.

This one-bedroom bungalow is estimated to cost around USD10,000-15,000 but could be more depending on the finishing you want for it. The budget listed below is just an estimate.  It can vary depending on the materials and labor costs.
