This luxury 2-bedroom elevated house design can be built in a 355 square meter lot having a minimum frontage width of 17.15 meters maintaining 1.5 meters setback on both sides. Front setback is at 3 meter and rear at 1.5 meters. Garage is open which can accommodate 2 cars in which occupants are provided access in the porch and kitchen area.

Five steps or 0.75 meter elevated from the natural grade line is where the porch opening to the living room. Open ended style living room is open all the way to the kitchen with a small bar counter accommodating 3 chairs.

The master’s bedroom is 4 meters by 3.8 meters is size with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is 4 meters by 4 meters large enough to accommodate queen size bed sharing a common bathroom.

The finish of the floor on the garage all the way to the kitchen and front of the elevated porch is brown surface pavers. The porch and mini-terrace is glazed with ceramic tiles or it can be terracotta tiles in dark color combination. Railings in these area are black hollow metal tubing and square columns are accented with bricks an crowned with white moldings.
