Bungalows are timeless and are always trendy.  They have been there since time immemorial and their beauty never fades.  They are always preferred by homeowners and prospective house buyers.  It is because they are very flexible, affordable, easy to build and with low maintenance as well.

Bungalows can be very small with only one bedroom to very large one-storey villas with 5 or more bedrooms like the one we have today.

This is a bungalow with four bedrooms.  Its classic design makes it very attractive.  The facade was designed to showcase a balanced and proportional frontage showing the big main door and the two big glass windows on each side.  The glass windows add sophistication to its facade.  Aside from being aesthetic, the windows provide natural light to enter the house and make it look bright with natural light.

Because it is huge, building this house is not easy.  It would require an initial budget of USD 100,000 or that is around Php 5 million pesos.  This amount will give you a 70% finished state of the house and is livable and functional.  However, if you wish to bring it to its 100% complete state, you will need an extra  million pesos.

I’m interested in this plan. However, I wanted to find out if it can be changed to 3 bedrooms. What are the dimensions (Length and width) of this plan?
