Today’s featured house design is a big bungalow with four bedrooms and a worship room. The worship room is dedicated for adoration and prayers especially for a family who pray together. If you don’t think that you need a worship room you can make this room into a guest room, a work room/office or a library.
So let’s go check it out below.
The design of this house looks simple and not too difficult to make. The roof style, which is a gable roof is also easier to install and less expensive. You would save 30-40% of the materials and labor cost compared to a hip roof, cross hip roof, pyramid or hexagonal gazebo roof.
The facade is well-designed. The carport has a roof deck. On the left are pergolas which balance the structure, having the carport with a roof deck on the right.
The white paint makes the house look flashy but not too glaring because light gray serves as a contrasting color to the glaring white. Without gray element, the white house would look too bright against the sun.
The rough estimate for a rough finish is US$70,000 or 3.5 million Philippine pesos. With this amount, the house is already installed with electricity and water and is ready for occupancy. However, this estimate does not include painting and stuffing. If you have your old furniture and stuffs, you can use them. You can save for the next phase which is finishing and furnishing the house with your favorite stuffs.
